Returns + Exchanges
The following is a guideline regarding merchandise purchased from Gruppe and is applicable for return scenarios up to 30 days from delivery. After this period, items are only warranted under our limited warranty. We are not responsible for incorrect fitment, it is buyers responsibility to do research on the fitment. Please note all returned items will be subjected to a rigorous inspection.
Non Returnable Items
Used items are not eligible for returns. We will not accept returns if the wheels have any signs of use. Some examples of use would be mounting tire, bolting the wheel into the hub. If you are having an issue with a wheel, please see our Warranty page for details.
Shipping on Returns / Exchanges
Shipping costs are non-refundable on all orders. Please keep in mind that shipping costs will be removed from the refund, this includes items that have free shipping. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on both returns and exchanges.
Eligible returns
Returns that are eligible, must be in the original packaging unused/unopened.

It is your responsibility to contact the manufacturer of your vehicle to verify whether any modifications will affect safety, warranties, performance, or other aspects of your vehicle. GRUPPE™ assumes no responsibility for any damages (DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR OTHERWISE) to you, your vehicle, or any other person or property. In no case will GRUPPE’™ liability exceed the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for labor fees, removal and installation costs, or other incidental or consequential expenses.
Before performing any modifications, check with your local authorities regarding the legality of vehicle modifications on public roads. Many parts are intended solely for off-road use. Federal and state laws may prohibit the removal or alteration of devices or designs that impact vehicle emissions or safety for vehicles used on public roads. Violations of these laws may result in fines or penalties imposed by state or local governments. All headlights and clear lighting products are for off-road use only unless specified otherwise by local regulations.
GRUPPE (“GRUPPE,” “us,” or “we”) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR FOR ANY EVEN, ACTIVITY OR HARM THAT MAY RESULT FROM THE USE OF ANY GRUPPE PRODUCT. GRUPPE EXCLUSIVELY IS LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE WHEEL AS STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
